GPS TRACKING – DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ROAD CARGO TRANSPORT

In addition to providing real-time vehicle location and status displayed on one of 20 different map types and the capability to offer information for multiple vehicles simultaneously, our vehicle satellite tracking system offers many other features that can lead to significant cost savings and business improvement.

All System Features

Fuel consumption control

We will be free to say that our fuel control is of the highest quality on the market. Here’s why we make this claim: We measure fuel through probes from reputable manufacturers that are installed in the tanks. The first step in this process is fuel calibration. Our licensed technicians perform the calibration of the probe in the tank using the Almaks mobile tank. We should note that for these purposes, our technicians come to you.

Once the probe is installed, data on fuel level changes are sent to the system, where these data are practically displayed in liters. All essential information is available on the system. You have access to a graphical representation that shows the vehicle’s speed, engine operating hours, refueling events, their locations, as well as the fuel quantity level.

REMOTE READING OF DIGITAL TACHOGRAPHS

The regulations are clear: Every professional driver must take a break at specific intervals defined by the Regulation on Recording Working Time of Vehicle Crew Members. The carrier is obligated to keep a record for each week of work for each crew member in electronic or written form.

That’s why remote reading of digital tachographs is the best solution. In our workshop, you can install a device through which, from the office or even from your chair, the employer can have insight into whether the driver has taken a break, where the break was taken, and how long it lasted.

All processed data can be sent to the user via email in PDF format or as a DDD file.

REPORTS

First example: You haven't been able to track a driver's movements from a few days ago, and you're not sure when the last refueling occurred. Or the second example: You've received a traffic violation ticket from a few months ago, and you don't know who was driving the vehicle at that time. You can obtain all this information through our specialized reports.

The Almaks GPS vehicle tracking system allows users to easily access all the necessary data for up to one year in the past. All it takes is to select the vehicle history from the menu, where you have two options: The first is to choose one of the predefined monitoring periods (today, yesterday, the past week, or month). You can also manually select the interval by entering the date, and then simply click the "execute" button.

You will receive a comprehensive overview of all the most important data about the vehicle’s movement history, speed violations, fuel consumption, both total and average.

Driver Identification

You’ve received a traffic violation ticket at the company’s address, but you don’t know which driver is responsible? You’re unsure who was behind the wheel of a specific vehicle at a given time? You can easily avoid such frustrating situations through Almaks’ driver identification service using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) transmitters. Additionally, we offer Dallas, iButton, keyboard, and remote control with a PIN code options. Based on remote data transmission and reception, the employer can have insight into which driver operated the vehicle during specific time intervals, the distance traveled, fuel consumption, as well as whether there was refueling or fuel siphoning.

GOOGLE STREETVIEW

The option that allows you to have a detailed view of the travel route through a visual display of streets and places the vehicle passed through, along with its current position. You can access this option through the maps menu or by double-clicking on a vehicle from our GPS vehicle tracking system, which will display a mini-map in the lower right corner.

Geofence

If you have locations that are particularly important to you, you can mark them as geozones in just a few steps. Simply click on the Geofence tab on the system, then choose one of the three shape-drawing options from the menu that appears on the left: circle, polygon, or line. Next, by simply selecting on the map, choose the location of interest.

Through email or SMS messages, you can receive notifications every time a vehicle enters or exits a geofence, as well as information about how long the vehicle has been in contact or without contact within the geofence, the distance traveled, and more. Like other options, all of this data can be viewed through reports.

TEXTUAL COMMUNICATION WITH THE DRIVER

A very useful option that can save you roaming costs. Thanks to this service, you can exchange messages with the driver through chat, send and receive photos, documents, locations, and even send routes. It’s important to note that with this service, you receive an Android tablet, and data reception and transmission are done directly through the vehicle tracking GPS application.

GPS TRACKING - ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR

A sensor that can also bring significant fuel savings. Here’s how it works. Our advanced Can bus device includes a sensor that measures the force applied to the accelerator pedal. In addition to knowing how the driver treats the vehicle based on data about speed, acceleration, and high RPM driving, you also have the option to monitor whether the accelerator pedal is pressed to the maximum.

VEHICLE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

If you want to enhance the security of your vehicles, the right solution is to implement video surveillance. It’s a cost-effective investment with a wide range of applications in passenger transport, cargo transport, hazardous materials transportation, and other goods.
