Users of the Almaks GPS vehicle tracking system are provided with precise tracking of fuel refills from suppliers. Information about refueled fuel is obtained instantly, immediately after refueling, which means no more waiting for invoices and manually creating Excel tables for fuel refills. In this way, control of every refueling at the gas station is performed, and a comparison is made with the fuel consumption data recorded by the Almaks GPS system from the vehicle’s computer.

The user in the system receives a refueling report from the gas station (regardless of the type of fuel, whether it’s diesel, gasoline, CNG, etc.), where they can see the volume of fuel filled, the time of refueling, and the location. The gas station’s database, where the invoice was issued, sends the information to the Almaks GPS system via a protocol, where it is registered as an event. This registered event (refueling) is visible to the user in a report that can be configured to be automatically sent at a predefined time interval (1 day, week, month, etc.).
