Employee monitoring with
Almaks tag
Transform your mobile phone into a tracking unit
Almaks Tag is an application that turns your smartphone into a tracking unit. It is user-friendly, and by installing it, you gain the ability to view the current location and track the movement history through the monitoring system (Almaks GPS). With the Almaks Tag application, you can have insight into the exact location of your employee, their movement speed, as well as the route they are taking. So, you not only have information about where your employee is located but also the path they took to reach a specific location.
For the implementation of unit monitoring, you need an account in the Almaks system, a smartphone with a built-in GPS receiver, and internet access. The application supports selecting modes from an existing set or creating a new one depending on specific needs. A wide range of options allows you to receive precise data while minimizing data usage and battery consumption. The system enables the sending of photos, locations, and SOS messages. Additionally, users can create additional statuses that can be shared instantly.
The Tag application has a simple user interface that can be customized with a wide range of options, allowing you to receive precise data. On the GPS system, you can access information for a specific unit tracked via Tag, including the battery percentage, pictures with exact location and time stamps, the smartphone’s movement route, duration at specific locations, and more.
Retrospectively, through the report, you have access to phone movement data, a movement route on the map with pinned locations indicating where the pictures were taken. You can geofence the map to receive real-time or report-based information about when a specific phone exited a designated zone.
